$120 mnx / night. Similar to other places we visited on this "playa oriente". After the owner started the gas, we could take showers with HOT water. WC and shower cleanliness are 'as uvula. We parked near the pools and had 120 V 15A. We stayed 3 days just chilling. Resto/laundry services in "town".
As has been said in other posts, this area is for a Mexico City budget. Really tranquillo this time of year. It is a different story at Easter and in summer. Had almost the place to ourselves. Nice beach and nice access to the beach.
