Description

NOTE: NO MORE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE-NEED TO RESERVE ON LINE ONLY-
14$ with water and electricity, 10$ without. Very nice and clean park. Clean restrooms with hot shower. And just about the most beautiful view I have ever seen. Fantastic place. Only bad thing: It also has the most AGGRESSIVE flies at daytime I have ever seen...almost glad I only spent one night on my way through. Except for that, highly recommended.

This is a great little park just outside Deming, NM. The camp host was friendly & helpful. Sites are well maintained and level with covered picnic table. Restrooms & showers are very clean and modern. Dump station & potable water. Prices are as mentioned in other posts.

NO MORE WALKIN SITES-NEED TO RESERVE ON LINE-
Nice campground, hosts are wonderful. Nice sunsets..

Just like everyone described. And as usual the online booking doesn’t work for same day. But this place is amazing and people come here to hunt rocks.

Nice campground. water electric sites 30 amp. Sites are reasonably level suitable for larger rigs. Toilets, showers and dump station. Verizon signal 2 bars.

Paid, but can get an annual pass. Access is all paved and campground is gravel. Facilities look brand new, and are heated (we are here in December), however, showers are just warm, without temperature control, so winter showering is not too pleasant. Medium to bad Google Fi / T-Mobile data, good reception but appears throttled/deprioritized or oversubscribed. Measured 1.5 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up and 80 ms ping, so it could be used for work in an emergency or as a plan B. Starlink is excellent, no obstructions even though this campground is right by a mountain right on the Northeast side. Measured the normal Starlink RV, around 30 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and 80 ms ping.

Highly recommend site #16 for gorgeous unobstructed sunset views. Great value small uncrowded well spaced out c.g. Second best bathrooms/showers on my 2.5 month drive so far.

Beautiful views and great hiking. The flies are insane during the day and the tarantulas are mating so I have had a few walk across my site (6). Only 20 minutes to Deming Walmart. Spotty T-mobile service. 1-2 bars but had to walk up the hill to get online.

Loved this spot! We had non electric site 2 for $10/night at the top of the hill which was an awesome view. Booking it was slightly confusing because the 3 spots at the top of the hill were marked handicapped, but they’re not handicap exclusive. There’s 2 other designated handicap accessible spots in the park. Nice, very clean bathrooms. The hike is great too. We found lots of cool gemstones.

Lovely little park. Quiet with good views. Make sure to reserve a spot online as they don’t allow first come first serve anymore.

Awesome State Park in the Florida Mountains. Came for a few nights but stayed for 5 nights. This place is absolutely beautiful, the restrooms and hot showers are very clean. The Park staff is always there to help you if you
need it. Don’t miss out on Spring Canyon and Lovers Leep.

Unfortunately some RVers don't care about quiet night times and have their generators running all night long.
