this is a sno-park so you're supposed to have a sno-park permit but I never saw anyone checking. I got a season pass at REI Tacoma for $53. the sign here also says 14 day camping limit. there was a porta potty as well. had 1 bar of Verizon LTE

Stayed here for a night with no issues. It’s a gravel lot with some bumps getting to it. I’m assuming you don’t need a permit when it’s the off season. Quiet. Starlink worked.
