We arranged the tour via whatsapp. Gert picked us up at our camping. then we used public transport to discover the City together. He is friendly, very knowledgable and has a great humour. So if you come to La Paz, we very much recommend you do this Tour. for us it was one of the Highlights of our whole trip. p.s.: he says he does tours in German and Spanish at native speaker Level. In English he does at well but feels a bit less at ease.

What a nice guided city tour with Gert. He knows a lot about La Paz and its history, he is flexible and a very friendly guide. We spent the whole day together and learned a lot. Great tour and also in German possible.

We had a very informative and exciting day with Gert in La Paz. The city is gigantic and a jungle of streets, stairs and alleys. Gert knows the city like the back of his hand, a good prerequisite for finding the highlights and insider tips that cannot be found in the guidebook. Thank you Gert for the impressive Day!!

We had a wonderful city tour experience with Gert. He does customized tours according your interest and time frame. We paid 500 BOB for a 6 hours tour for 4 persons (plus taxi/cable car expenses)
We were accompanied by our English speaking friends and Gert agreed to do the tour in English (and did a great job in doing so!)

The city tours by Gert was recommended by different people and after spending a day with him in La Paz and El Alto we can do that as well. The background knowledge is immense and all the information he gave were interesting. Furthermore we had the possibility to meet people we wouldn’t without him. With 400.- for 2 people it’s not the cheapest but for sure one of the best👍🏼

The city tour with Gert was super helpful to understand La Paz and its history. He skillfully adjusted his tour to our interests and took us around almost the entire city via the new telefericos (cable cars). The tour was a bit expensive with 400 Bolivar for 2 people but it was worth it in my point of view. I can only recommend Gert to anyone that wants to know a bit more about La Paz.

The best citytour we had so far in SA. Gerd is realy in his element and like to share a lot of stories and historic stuff depending on what you are interested in. Take the whole day, Gerd is worth every cent!
