After a walk around the small lagunas we decided to stay for the night. although this is direct by the road there is no trafic at night and the night was very quiet (saturday night). At 7 am, first tourists came and stop at the mirador. (the view is nice).
Not really good to pitch a tent here.
No facilities, no mobile network.

We stayed here for a very quiet night. Beautiful view of the volcano and the mini lakes! When the road was renovated, they tarred a little further away (a dead end), where parking is very easy and level. There is very little traffic during the day and actually none at night. It can get very cold at night, as it is over 3,800m! And windy, as it is a bit exposed. We had a thunderstorm with hundreds of lightning bolts that night, a wonderful spectacle!
