There’s a spigot outside Rutts Cafe. Go in and ask them if you can use it and make sure to order the Hawaiian royale! I used to live down the street but moved away and now I crave this. Luckily I’m back now and not only got the royale but also potable water - score!

Found a spigot in the cobble wall out front but it seemed to be turned off. I may have been mistaken though. Also it was blocked by a table.
