Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
This is a really nice spot. Enjoy the view to the lake and the high Andes. The way from the main road is a little bit bumpy but worth it. Enough space for big rigs. Sometimes you will meet some tourists here.
Report Check-InVery Nice place. Big rig friendly. Safe. But very windy. During the night less wind. We came here because a lot the end of this road there was a sand dune formed with wind so we couldn’t pass.
Report Check-InAlthough the sign not to camp, we found a leveled area a little before this spot and stayed one night. We were the only ones there and no one visited the area throughout the night. However, it was a Saturday evening so if you have keen hearing like me you will hear the 'boom boom' from the party city :/ So I recommend this spot for weekdays.
Report Check-InFantastic spot for the views! No facilities and little cover for toilet breaks and this spot is not completely flat, but has incredible sunsets and sunrises. Definitely recommend this if you fancy driving through the mountains or after visiting the Termas nearby.
Great 4g Movistar and Claro signal
Please help keep the area clean.
No swimming or camping allowed, but a beautiful spot to make camp during the day and drive on after.
Report Check-InReally nice place with an amazing view. Very quiet at night. Would be a bit careful with a low car on the sandy areas at the very end of the road as we witnessed cars getting stuck there. Can be a bit dirty as well as unfortunately people leave a lot of rubbish behind.
Report Check-InReally nice ans quiet spot to spend the night. We spent two nights here with the van. A tip : park in front of the sunrise it is perfect on the morning. You can easily fish and make fire.
On top of that, in Cacheuca, you can find free shower and bathroom. It is the toilet of the rooftop bar in front of the termal water complex.
Wonderful place for staying at day and night (car and tent). many small spots at the lake side. great for swimming!
Report Check-InMany glorious little spots along this über kewl peninsula. Perfect for tan time and bathing in the clear warm(ish) water and gobbling camp-cooker asado with your mates. Excellent for both tents and cars. A little trash around which is a shame. Remember to bury your mierda or drop it at the YPF down the road.
