This trailhead is only open April through November. It is above the other two on this road, and is much larger and very nice. There is a pit toilet and we have cell service up here, while there is none below.

Open from “mid April” pit toilets & trash. A few fire rings but is a blacktop parking lot further away from most of the OHV trails.
