Ecuador
Inside the airport and upstairs is the migration office. Here you can apply for a visa extension. You need a photocopy of the main page and entry stamp and show your physical passport. There's a photocopy service in the architects office in the food court. They give you a piece of paper which you need to take to a specific bank to pay the fee. It's two stops on the tram to the bank. You need to be in Ecuador between 80-90 days to apply for the extension. If you have a vehicle, bring the extension to the aduana nearby to get your TIP extended.
Edit: for the TIP extension you will need a "record migratorio". This needs to be requested from the same migration office and costs $5 which had to be paid at the same bank. Save yourself a lot of time by asking for this when you ask for the visa extension.
