Nice, large area to spend a night. Maybe about a dozen "long-term" campers there now, but still plenty of room for more.

Report Check-In

Popular spot, but there was plenty of room and everyone was quiet and respectful, even though it was New Year's Eve. Toilets closed due to Covid. Please try to help clean this place up, a lot of trash lying around.

Report Check-In

Great cell service (Google Fi, so not sure which provider) here for working.
Flat spots for parking.
Lots of rigs big and small tonight.

Great spot, cell service, plenty of others in late Oct...great moon rise and night sky. Could be bothersome w hiway noise and people pulling in w headlights. Some tenters off side paths.

Report Check-In

A nice area with lots of level parking. There were a dozen vehicles parked there when we arrived at 10pm. Some of them appeared to be there long term. The bathroom was closed due to Covid. All in all a decent spot for the night.

I didn’t stay the night here, just stopped to hike on my way to the canyon. The gravel area here is hug and flat. My phone showed 2-3 bars Verizon LTE.

although I didn't actually stay here, I am in Kingman%Golden Valley visiting friends & getting repair work done on my rv.; since I've seen references to N/S && E/W ? ! ? ! in regards to location of this site, I thought I add my description of the location: if you are coming FROM LasVegas on rt 93, going towards Kingman/I40, the entrance is right past mile marker 69; if you are coming FROM Kingman/I40 going towards Las Vegas, you'll have to pass it, no entry from this direction, go wherever you can turn around ( rt 68, or whatever) then come back up the other side.

husband and I pulled in late one night. there were quite a few other rvers parker, but there's plenty of room. it was surprisingly quiet. only a few of the loud truck brakes were heard late at night. highly recommend.

Report Check-In

Got to the parking lot around 8:30pm and there were a couple RVs, a couple cars, and a pickup truck already parked for the night. Was surprisingly quiet for as close to the highway, so much so we accidentally left our front door open all night. Guess it’s safe to say it is a seemingly safe location as our food and money was wide open to the entire lot with our open door all night long. Will stop here again when passing through! Excellent hiking trails also, definitely check them out (especially with a Mtn bike!)

great place to sleep far enough off the highway to be peaceful. also has a lot toilet. seems to be one guy living there permanently. only issue is you have to go out of kingman town west and then do a U-turn at some point to access it from the easy.
