One of several pull outs along the road to McNary Dam. This one appears to be right on the border of BLM land. No signs regarding camping or parking. Nice level spot with view of the dam and the river. A bit windy, but that’s to be expected in this area. Full cell signal for T-Mobile

Spot as described in earlier post. Place is very urban - we arrived at 9 pm and by 9:45 pm two very long and noisy trains and one highly illuminated shorter service train had passed 50 meters below our location.
From across the river we can here music of an open air party or so (It's friday night today!) and we constantly hear the vehicles on Hwy 82 on the bridge across the Columbia River.
No amenities at all. 5G with 4 bars of T-Mobile reception.
