Hotel in middle of town with clean bathrooms and showers. Paid mxn 225 for two ppl with our truck and rtt. Kindly haggled receptionist down from 300 mxn. Small pool for children or a cool dip in a heavily treed oasis, with rooms surrounding entire property. There is noise from road but we preferred this location instead of a pemex. Nice seating around pools. Big rigs could drive in. decent wifi. Resturaunt on site. cheers.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
You can camp on the parking lots of the hotel for 200 MXN per night. Clean bathrooms with hot showers. Good wifi.
It’s almost quiet at night, you hear some cars from the street.
Report Check-InGreat spot in city center. No problem with our truck and rtt. altho they did want to charge us 300peso for two people and a dog. we got them down to 225peso per night. I guess you just have to barter. but all other entries are correct about the ammenities and location. some traffic noise but the the trees shade an shelter a bit of the traffic. Night staff friendly. Morning staff didnt look to impressed we were camping. stayed 2 nights while visiting our amigos. recommended. not really anywhere else to camp in Tuxtla.

Great spot to stay in the city. Pool is nice and bathrooms are well maintained. The owner even introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could do to help with our stay. The pricing seems to be based on the size of your vehicle and there was confusion over what we should be charged as we sleep in our truck and aren’t a truck camper. We ended up paying 300 pesos the first night and 150 the second. I think we could have done 150 per night both nights but we just left it as even 300 wasn’t bad for the amenities/location. Fast wifi!
Report Check-InStill a great place to stay in the city. We parked our van here for three nights ($150/night). Nice small swimming pool, nice place among the trees, WiFi is good, good restaurant. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are warm but open to others using the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and the owner also. Our van had some issues with the fuel pump and we got a room for a couple of nights while it was getting sorted. Rooms are nice and spacious with fridge and clean bathrooms/showers. The owner offered help with our mechanical difficulties and there is an autozone across the street. Walmart and loads of restaurants near by. A great place to stay which doesn’t feel like you’re in a city...if you have to stay in the city.
We had some issues with mosquitoes during the night, I got destroyed while in the van, in Feb it’s super hot here so I had to makeshift some mosquito netting. Bring repellant!
Report Check-InHotel and secure RV-Parking
Clean facilities, shady parking lots, swimming pool, nice restaurant, lots of trees, friendly stuff, fast wifi. Kind of green oasis in the city. Charged us 250 pesos/night for our truck camper.
Report Check-InGood place to stay overnight. Big párking lot. Camping, Wifi, Swiming Pool, showers and bathrooms available for $150 pesos. They are Ok with dogs.
Buen lugar para pasar la noche. Estacionamiento grande. El camping, wifi, regaderas, alberca y baños costaron $150 pesos la noche. Aceptan mascotas.
They let us camp for 150 pesos two people one dog with access to wifi bathroom showers microwave and pool
Report Check-InNice room, clean, good breakfast $750 pesos for a double with air conditioning per night.
Report Check-InThey allowed us to park for the night.... not big rig friendly but worked for us, they were really nice. Good Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, hot showers.... what more could you ask for. Also the park next to the hotel is amazing! Take advantage of that!
Report Check-InNice place but expensive - 550 pesos for single occupancy. Wi-Fi was average. There is one small grassy spot for camping which is much cheaper.
Report Check-InWe didn't want to stay but needed a shower, so they charged us 50 MXN pp for shower, WiFi and to spend a couple of hours here. Lovely area so close to a nice park. Our dog loved it.
Report Check-InMy wife and I rode in on our motorcycle and were able to camp for free. It’s just a small patch of grass out front of a nice hotel. We have a Hennessy hammock and were able to make it work. It is treed in so you don’t feel like you are in the city. Washrooms, showers. Super helpful and kind staff. Great wifi! Highly recommend.
Report Check-InCalled and they said they no longer have a trailer park or hook ups. Only a hotel now

Paid $250 for 2 adults,2 kids and 1 dog. It is right off from the busy road but tall trees make you feel relax. Hot shower(there are 3 showers but not separated), VERY clean bathroom ( with toilet seat!!) fast internet, water and electricity hook. great place!
Report Check-InNice place! Easy to find. Took a taxi to Marimba Park. Every night 19.00-21.00 live marimba music and dancing! Had a lot of fun.
Next day to the Zoomat. Recommended!
Hotel with a few spots for small campers with electric and water hookups. Hot showers and clean bathrooms. Tropically landscaped area with tables and chairs and a tiny swimming pool (I made this area my office while we were here). Good wifi. Surrounding neighborhood is not pretty but has lots of supermarkets, stores, restaurants. Convenient for day trips to San Cristobal and Palenque. Coolers of purified water in several locations around the hotel.
Report Check-Infor cyclists it's free to pop up a tent for a night. free clean bathrooms, hot showers and very friendly stuff! some seem to be pretty much into cycling, too. bicycle shop just down the main road. there is a little green patch with soft grass just in front of the lobby. you can't ask for more.
Report Check-InAs described-
But be aware of clearance. Trees growing lower. We were a little tight at 3.5m. Electric. Water. Hot showers. Clean bathroom. Easy walk or taxi to all services. $250p.
Great over night stay at a very nice hotel. Electric and water available. We were told $300 pesos for the night. When I told them others paid $250, the receptionist quickly agreed that it was fine. We took a taxi to centro. Lots of shopping and food within walking distance.
Report Check-InIgnore Church's book directions. No longer glorietta coming in from north. Just regular left turn lane on signal. And no need to get into center lane to turn into downhill entrance. Easy turn from right lane. But longer spaces are blocked with long-term vehicles. So suitable only for vans and our truck camper 'just' fits at 6.5 meters. Paid 250/per night. English spoken. Wifi fast in reception area. Not always reaching parking lot. Showers hot but no shower curtains and are part of bathrooms. Bathrooms are clean though and have toilet paper.
Report Check-InWe enjoyed the stay...sitting at the little pool....doing Mail, blog and such stuff....great washrooms nearby....Attention: the laundry isn't there any more..
Next laundry: go right on the main street...till you hit mcdonalds on the right hand...next little Street right....there is a laundry...
we paid 250 pesos....for us after several days rustic camping without any facilities...a real good stay.....if you need car parts....a Autozone store is just behind the pemex....direct on the opposite of the hotels entry ( mainstreet)
We paid 250 for 2 people. Nothing spectacular but it is ok to stop here. They have warm showers and bathrooms that you can use. Internet was very good.
Report Check-InGreat place, great price. You are in the thick of things so it is noisy.
Central location with lots to see and do.
Camped at the hotel parking lot. Friendly staff. Hot not enclosed showers. Flush toilets. Electricity and water at camping stalls. Mini-tiny pool but nice area to hang with tables and chairs. 200 pesos per vehicle per day. Places to eat and laundry close by and a city park to go out for a walk.
Report Check-InFor smaller rigs. A few? (4?) spots with electricity right next to the hotel. Clean bathrooms, shower and wifi in the common area.
250 for 2 people
We pulled in here at 5:30 pm without a plan-b. Manager told us it would be 300p per night. I told him that a friend had stayed here a month ago for half that and he told me that I was mistaken. I asked if there was any way that we could get a discount and he said no. We didn't really have any other options so we paid the 300. He came out to our jeep 30 min after we checked in, and gave us 50pesos back. He was really friendly, and the place was clean and secure, but 300 pesos for parking lot camping is really expensive. Bathrooms were clean, and Internet was good.
Report Check-InReceptionist initially said no campers but then called the Managers daughter Maria who speaks good English and showed where to stay. There is even a small grassy area for a couple of small tents. Full hookups, clean toilet and showers (like school, 3 showers at the end of the room with no doors or curtains) ladies were hot, gents cool. Local restaurants and bars expensive. 150 pesos.
Report Check-InHotel with a little pool and some parking spaces for campers that have power and water nearby. Also hot showers and nice bathrooms.
Report Check-InHotel parking lot. As an RV you get two parking spaces which you can use. For small vehicles there is a great parking space among trees. Mini pool, bathrooms with extremely tight (but clean) toilets and open showers. Great WIFI. Too expensive!
