Street parallel to the highway ending on a dirt Cul-de-sac, if you continue to the end. Road way (Sandy Prairie Road) has designated parking spots on the right and a small pull off/turn around to the left. Obvious highway noise, as well as a little bit of local car traffic. No obvious “no camping” signs that could be seen. Exit 685 off of 101, in Alton.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Just FYI there has been a motorhome parked at the spot along the east side of this road for over a month.
So maybe they are staying awhile. Whatever. We live down the highway next exit. So we pass this spot regularly. I think you can go down to the end of this road n park for a night.
