Kalai assisted us with shipping our van from Brisbane to Port Klang. He was the receiving agent. There was a whirlwind of back and forth with another agent from LPB Logistics - to which we decided to hire CTE Group because their pricing was extremely competitive, and Kalai’s communication was very good. When our van didn’t start in port, he even went as far as to tow us out with his sedan. Out of the two businesses, I’d 100% recommend CTE Group, but it never hurts to get two quotes!
