Bolivia
Looks like a kiosko from the outside (has an intel logo in the window) but they also have food.
I came here once in the evening (around 21:00) and they had chicken with rice and potatoes and once during lunch (13:30) soup, a milk shake and a Segundo of rice vegetables and meat.
Expect a super friendly family also cooking for hungry cyclists rather than a full scale restaurant.
