MODERATOR NOTE: User reports: "Must ask Pendleton for permission to park overnight." (Pendleton is the clothes store adjacent.)
Stayed here a couple nights. A bit of road noise but it’s nice that it’s right next to Anytime Fitness. There is a sign that says “ask for permission for overnight parking” but I couldn’t really figure out who owns the lot (probably the city). There is a park entrance on the south side of the lot that walks out to the river. The streets adjacent to this lot are pretty good spots too.

Stayed here another night. The parking lot is owned by Pendleton (not the city). It is ok to stay the night, but you must contact them and ask for permission.
