Togo
Nice little Fetish Market. A lot of dead Animals and other cruel Stuff. Around the Market are some litte Huts were Fetish Men do their ceremonies.
Entry 3.000 CFA pP. Camera 2.000 CFA. We had an english speaking Guide. They were used to Tourists. Nice Place for Photos.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
we were wondering, but we paid only 4000 pp (without photos). no guess why not the 5000 without negotiation. the smell was okay, because it's open air. with a zoom camera you can make view sneaky pics from the opposite side of the street ;)
explanation were good, in may options the a bigger tourist traps along the west coast.
AVOID THIS TOURISTIC TRAP!
They call it a "market" but you can't enter if you are white and don't pay 5000 CFA per person, to see around 10 little stalls, with a real bad smell of dead animals and full of unfriendly and tricky people that only wait to take advantage of the tourists. In Benin, Quidah or Abomey the market is more authentic and you only pay if you want to take some pictures. Really dissapointed to come here in the first place!
5000cfa with the guided tour. I was there only for about 10 mins and left. it is not everyone's cup of tea.
Report Check-InWhole market seems put up just for tourists. Is nice because the guide will explain you everything and you can take photos. But for an authentic voodoo market I would recommend Dantokpa market in Cotonou instead.(Although taking pictures there would cost you more than here because of every seller asking for money)
Prices as stated before.
