R360 for 2 people and a vehicle with electricity. Too expansive regarding the maintenance.

Report Check-In

Lovely leafy campsite away from windy and busy shore. Each site get his own stoned fire pit on the ground which is nice. Landscaping camp with trail starting here and possibility to swim in the stream.
But Need to be a little bit better maintained : remove dead branches, clean seriously ablutions. No hot water and only 3 plugs for the camp.
Noisy neighbor dog when we were here (barking half of the night).

Good wifi, good facilities, lovely setting and friendly staff/owners. was noisy due to a group staying throughout the night however this was a Saturday night.

got the ferry the next day which was a cool experience

Report Check-In

Is open. Staff is very nice and helpful, also nice trails you can walk from the campsite. Relaxed atmosphere and with a focus on sustainability.
Dogs without leashes al over the place, a bit annoying.

Never stayed here, but there is signage for it all over town & they host a little market, so I suspect they are up & running with new owners. Morgans Bay campground said it was cheaper than them ;)

Report Check-In

Very cute and beautiful place with houses built with natural materials using eco bricks and recycled materials. The campsite is on nice grass, with lush vegetation and some spots are more level than others but good for RTT and campervans. Nice bar and restaurant, however closed at the moment, but pizzas for takeaway are still available! Nice forest trail in indigenous forest along a stream. Very nice spot! R90 pppn The future of this place is unsure as the owners have sold it and will be moving away soon.

Very beautiful and peaceful place in the Forrest. Clean and unique showers and toilets.
The owners are great people and made us felt welcome from the first minute.
You can feel the love of the work they put into building the place.
Enjoyed our stay very much.

Report Check-In

Good location, nice grassy stands. Poor ablutions, and the owner tend to allow more people to camp than what there are stands available. Stands not properly marked. Not enough water points between the stands. During Christmas there are markets on the premises.
