Quiet, peaceful campground catering to nature lovers and families.
No noise and music enforced. Yay!
Big plots with lots of privacy. Fire pits, more than one place to pitch in each plot. 24/7 hot water.
On site restaurant and shop with fresh bread.
The only downside: small bathroom and dish washing area, getting crowded at peak hours.
Generally clean, albeit not sparkling.
Chose which side of the bay you go depending on wind.
Current price: 9000 pesos per adult.

i didn't stay here but the actual price is 5500 ars per person. To cross the 1st river the bridge was in bad conditions so the only option was "vadear" +/- 20cm of water.
the camping is in a beautifull. they have "dormis" and domos.

The camping will only reopen on 1/11/23. As we arrived late, the lady let us pitch our tent here for free (no facilities, just an open toilet). Beautiful spot!

Return visit better than the first. Huge sites. Music ban enforced. Clean. Tons of hot water/pressure. Pretty good internet. Friendly. Small Pizza and entre restaurant w beer and wine. Tip: westernmost sites (away from bathrooms) quiet and most private $12.75 USD bargain

We didn't dare cross the second creek with our small rented car two kilometers before the campsite (+-30 cm deep water). Que lastima.
But there are good wild camping options a bit further on the 63.

Yes. As advertised previously: remote, beautiful, very clean and very quiet. Cleanest campground we’ve seen in county. First we’ve seen with toilet paper stocked. Campsites have ample privacy and the sign prohibiting music is right up front. Paid 2000 peso ($10 USD) for 2 persons and rig. The 63 road in from 40 is washboard, full of traffic and dusty. Last segment of 64 not so bad. On way out park service had graded and watered the road

Beautiful place at lake. Prices as below. Nice bathroom block near reception. With a camper you need to drive in a bit to find spots on lake as there are stakes around sites near entry to camping and some tree branches might hinder some. We did a walk thru first. Beautiful night skies, was foggy in morning but it is autumn now. No cell reception but WiFi was okay at reception/restaurant but can crap out.
(we stayed 3 nights and they only charged 250 pp pn). Loved the tranquility here.

Beautiful lake. We loved it and stayed for a week. We have kayaks and fishing rods so we had plenty to do. They have a small restaurant and general store (beer, wine, meat, cheese, firewood, and other basic supplies.) Very friendly owners~family run. Best to reserve during high season for a lakeside campsite. Each site has a firepit and picnic table. Hot showers, clean bathrooms. Definitely worth the visit. Wifi was good and available only in and around the restaurant/store. 280ARG pp.

Such a nice campground, plenty of hot water and nice lakeside sites. Definitely worth the detour down the narrow road

Beautiful campsite at the lake. The place is well maintained, very spacious, evety place had his fireput, table and benches, shade, very clean, they provide 24 hours VERY hot wather, there is a small restaurant and even WiFi. it is a very quiet place even during holiday when the place is quite full - no music allowed aso. Price is 200 per Pers/night. we loved it.

Amazing as previously described. There was a cold cold wind when we were there. In retrospect we should had stayed 2-3 days at least, this place is ideal. Nice wood fire in the restaurant and a pretty well stocked store.
