All info still the same. It's a steep walk and not wheelchair accessible so we did not enter.
Report Check-Ins/4 entry. You can walk up the Paramonga fortress which was used for astronomical purposes.
The officer at the entrance is brilliant. He is an historian and we chatted for an hour starting with questions about the fortress since there is very little information and then he told us so much more about the history of Peru!
Not free if you park at the actual entrance. But it possible to sneak around back. No guards or checkpoints. We paid. Walked up. Enjoyed the views and the walls. No information. No signs.
