In front of the police station you ll find the Casa de la cultura. Inside there is the Museo del sombrero, and other stuff of the Colombian history. When you enter go on the right side, where the office is. Ask there to visit the museum. Someone ll guide you. The director is new and wants to make some improvement of the museum.
Everything is free. There is wifi too at the library (casacultura123456).
