Very quiet campground with water and hookups. $20/night (free entry w parks pass).

Report Check-In

Lovely little park, nicely spaced out, cheap, clean washrooms. The falls weren’t much to see, but perfect place to drop the trailer when we went into the city;)

Bought a Texas state parks pass a few days ago which made two nights here only $30. Open wooded area with clean restrooms and hot showers. We are flying out on an early flight tomorrow and the airport terminal and economy parking is only a few minutes away- perfect!

Loved this spot! Stayed for a week. Lots of great hikes, even though the falls weren't very falls like was still very beautiful. Took our bikes out and biked pretty easily to a café and some breweries nearby. They sell firewood by the showers, was $13 a bundle. Showers aren't the nicest, but they had hot water which was good enough for me.

Stayed in the grapevine loop, plenty of privacy, cool trails along the creek, 15 min drive to brewery with live outdoor music! Great place to stay in Austin.

We really like this campground, stay here every time we pass through Austin. Nice private sites, hot showers, great trails, and cool waterfall. Full hookup and dump station if you need it. Both times we arrived late and called to get a gate code.

A remarkable oasis in Austin. Trails lightly used.

I am in the middle of a three day stay at the park . . . Reservations are recommended. They were full last weekend, but there are plenty of sites this week. I am really enjoying my stay. Very quiet.

Not closed, but was briefly this summer due to construction. $20/night. Most spots 30A + water. Hot showers at restrooms. Decent hiking. 15 minutes to downtown ATX. Pet friendly trails. Grapevine loop is my fave (sites ~41-49). Reservations can be booked online, even for same day.

Not sure why, but it is closed today.

Really great site with privacy and full hookups. It looks like there's a bit to do, including climbing and Hiking. This time of year it's pretty brown, but I'm sure it's beautiful when the weather gets warmer. Haven't checked to see if the showers are hot, but the bathroom layout is nice and private. A worthy spot when visiting Austin.
