We stayed here 6 nights and paid $37.5 per night for a private room with bath and A/C but no breakfast. There are two common areas and two kitchens. Coffee is free all day and laundry is available for $5 per load (washer and dryer onsite). Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and are enforced. Reception/property manager lives onsite.
