Something not right?

Description

Large family resort. Chalets, cabins, hotel, restaurant, shops, golf, 2 huge pools, ATM, etc. Not really what we look for but not much else in the area.
330 Rand for 2 people per night (I guess you're paying for all the facilities?). Pitches are reasonable size, power, plenty of ablutions. Lovely views if you chose the ones furthest from Reception, overlooking the escarpment - otherwise, it's just a holiday park with shady camping. Fuel nearby, very basic )but helpful / friendly) mechanic in the village.

Latest Check-Ins

Most has been said already. But with the weak Rand to the Euro and Swiss Franc, the resort is not as expensive as before. The ablutions are top notch and clean. All staff I met was friendly and during off season there is enough space between you and the next camper not to be bothered. Beautiful views and small dear is roaming the campsite.

Report Check-In

we stayed 5 nights, 160pppn, very slow wifi at pool and reception and none at campsites, not really friendly staff, we stayed before in sawadini forever resort and people were much friendlier and ablution cleaner

Report Check-In

Huge resort aimed at holidaymakers. Ideal with kids, and women who like spa‘s.
There are various swimming pools with different water temperatures, waterslides, minigolf, tennis, etc.
The outdoor pools are open 24h, the hot one is about 40m at 36c, the ‚cold‘ outdoor pool 26c in February.
The nights of Fr-Sa and Sa-Su are more expensive, camping is then 290 per Person, kids are same as of 4 years.
Internet hotspot for free, but works only near restaurant and reception.

Huge resort with swimming pools, rapids, hot spa, etc. Not really an overland place (mainly families) but we enjoyed a couple of days here to relax. Tube rapids and hot/cold pools were fun. I think we were the only foreign overlanders there but lots of facilities and big rig friendly. For brits this place is basically South African Centre Parks. We liked it, was a change from the usual.

Report Check-In

We stayed only, cause we saw No alternatives in the area. We ended Up on a nice place between loud party music from our neighbors to the right, crying Babies to the left and payed 450 ZAR for 2 for this. Maybe nice for others, Not for us!
