Parking lot of his apartment. Toilets not fancy, Gilberto the guard very friendly. Joe is an American guy friendly enough to negotiate price, we paid 5000colones for the night. Has an outdoor shower. In not very shay but for the price we had Internet, electricity and a gravel secure park to be. Has an outdoor table and a big sink to clean dishes and do laundry.
