Mexico
Grocery store. Well stocked shelves. Cheaper than Calimex. One of the best stores we've come across in Baja.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
as someone else mentioned, poor parking options for tall rigs (over 9 feet) . they sadly didn't have califia farms milk, salmon or coconut Greek yogurt. really good bananas though and a bit of a jigger grocery store than in some of the towns in Baja. you can probably find what you're looking for. there's an ATM across the street at the Elektra with a $2 fee and water a block down from the ley for jug or garrafon fill.
Report Check-InSupermarket. Seems well stocked but I wasn’t allowed in with backpack for unknown reasons. In my argument with 4 of their staff I pointed out several Mexicans carrying large bags. But no, me the foreigner wasn’t allowed in. They wanted me to leave my helmet, backpack and hip bag at some nondescript desk they said was customer service.
After 5 minutes of arguing I walked out without buying my drinks…
Great shop! They have bakery, pharmacy and a lot of diversity finally since Bahaia de Los Angeles.
Report Check-InGood shop, location actually about 100m before this pin on the map. As you drive in you'll see the big Waldo's and a big Ley's sign, both shops are next door to each other. The water shop is a bit further down on the left
Report Check-InWe tried to shop here but parking was an issue.
The underground has a height restriction and there was very little parking in the immediate area.
We did not find anything so we could not stop.
Ley was decently stocked. Good store. They have water filling station for jugs next door in Waldo's (15mex for 20l jug) which looks like dollar store.
Report Check-In2.8 m clearance in parking garage. That is a bit over 9 feet.
