Still not allowed to camp at the gate - there are signs and the guards tell you.
Either find a wild camp somewhere nearby, or camp at the Kasanka Conservation Centre.
This place is no longer available. Overnight stays at the gate are no longer allowed. Instead, we were referred to the Kasanka Conservation Center, which is 2 km from the gate, but not yet in the National Park. Access also possible for BigRig.
Report Check-InWe arrived late and would not pay the entrance fee for this day (valid from 6.00 to 18.00h). So the rangers let us stay outside the gate, guarded by the security, for 5 $ per person.
