This is the gate to Nkasa Rupara. All the tracks were practically dry atm, even the one going to Nkasa Island for a long way. We could drive all the way down to Linyanti River. It was quite empty of animals atm, though. Tried to find the lions we heard at night, but no luck this time. Just lots of their tracks. No elephants, either, at this time of year. But beautiful plains, just quite little of water. Saw buffaloes, gnus, zebras, warthogs, lechwes, black-backed jackal, etc.

Nice park, beautiful landscapes with water, mopane forest. Some of the roads may not be accessible due to flooding, depending on the season. some sandy zones, 4*4 needed. We got to see many elephants and warthog, baboon, buffalo, antilope, vulture, eagle and many birds. 250nad for 2 Europeans and 1 car

We tried to get to the NP. But for trucks not possible because to many low hanging branches and trees on the way to the gate.
