Description
This place has an awesome cerviche/ fish plate.Probably the best plate, and deal in South America. It's awesome and it's 10 sols. When I was at Autolac mechanic, I ate here everyday. It's a blue restaurant.

Agreed - amazing ceviche / fish dish for s/10. When we got it we were convinced that we'd accidentally ordered something fancier off the menu, it just didn't add up. They have a non-fish menu available too.
