Would not fill into the tank for any price, but was happy for us to drive around the building and come back with 2 Jerry cans for the local price. He didn't ask for it, but we gave a tip afterwards.

Got 16l in a jerry can for local price here. Although it was a bit weird because he wouldn’t talk to anyone, not even the locals there and only said “listo” after 16 liters in our 20 liter can. But we had no luck at the last 5 gas stations so not complaining

Parked on street and walked up asking if we could fill for 5 bobs/liter sin factura. No one was there and he said ok. 50 litres straight into tank. Quick and easy.

The guy wouldn't even bother to come to our car and tell us he wouldn't attend us. He just stared at us and nothing more although we had seen him go and fill bolivian vehicles. The message was clear enough so we left.
