A BC Forest Recreation Site on the shore of Buckhorn Lake. Multiple campsites (about 5, all of which are free), but no services. Easy access with any vehicle and a pretty spot.

The previous location was a bit off. Nice spot, not too many mosquitoes. There are about 5 spots available
Report Check-InLots of trash and used by local kids for parties. We moved on to St Marie Lake up the road for the night.
Report Check-InSeems to be one of the closest rec site to Prince George < 30 min drive
Report Check-InNice rec site with access to the lake. medium sites with fire pits, not many bugs. FSR very busy during the day from traffic driving by, evenings are nice and quiet though.
limited to no cell reception.
Solid spot, was pretty windy, but no bugs. Toilets are okay. Pretty sure a bear came through camp. Would still stay again, not great, not terrible
Report Check-InSeveral sites next to the lake. Easy access. Tables and fire rings at all the sites. Free. No cell coverage.
Report Check-InThis spot is just off the road. The dust from the street keeps coming into the campsite and it hung all over the lake. There are more rec sites down the road which are much nicer and calmer. Opatcho lake or grizzly lake rec sites are great!
