Can't understand why you would park at this place for a night. Basically one of the most busiest places. Maybe it changed. Now there is a cable car station nearby, a park, and bright lights everywhere. We moved on.

quiet at night. policemen parking. no problem with them. close to the park and most interets points of the city.
Parking lot near the river. Not that quiet but convenient. Car wash nearby. Did a good wash of our truck for 50 somani.
