Lovely family run cabins with a few spots for overlanders. Paid 20k pesos for a parking spot with electricity, water, bathrooms, shower and kitchen. Not completely level but I'm not super picky. 5 minute walk from town. Stayed for 3 weeks and volunteered at the local animal shelter (contact Johnny if interested +57 311 4402630).

family Hostel and cabins with parking for campers. 15,000pp. 1 parking with electricity connection. The rest of the parking lots are a little far away next to the Minca viewpoint. bathrooms and kitchen, wifi included in the price.

We stayed two nights in our van in the parking lot which is directly next to the Hostal El Mirador. That hostal had live music and karaoke on Saturday night and we parked 20m away, so it was loud that night...

This place was recommended to us by other Overlanders and we were glad we came. A place for 3 rigs across the road from hostal. We are travelling in 4WD with rooftop tent and had plenty of room. Amazing views over Santa Marta and the mountains hence the name. Good WiFi at hostal and sometimes even across road. Friendly, very chilled staff and great hang area. Showers and toilet are adequate and always clean with toilet paper. Great cooking facilities with gas, sink and equipment. They were also nice enough to let us plug our fridge in at Hostal. Steep sharp driveway up but with a bit of manoeuvring it's no problems. Amazing place for bird watching and plenty of places for hiking. Dorm rooms, private rooms and camping area out back also available. We ended up staying 2 weeks are we just loved chilling out here. We will be back. Love Mar y Monte.

Camping with wonderful view. I was allowed to sleep in my car outside the hostel. Seemed safe with video surveillance.exceptionally good food. Very friendly service.

Much nicer for camping than the nearby (50 m) Hostal Mirador. 15k pp in a tent, 7k for breakfast. Good kitchen and facilities. Only one bathroom. Great view from the terrace. WIFI is okay near the reception.

Wow so nice! We checked out a few different hostels in town (we’re bike touring so camping in a tent) and they’re all nice but this one was the best. 15000 pp tent camping and you get the most incredible view of the valley. Very chill but still has a little bar area and restaurant. Highly recommend! Oh and great WiFi

Great place in Minca to spend a few cool days. The hostal mar y monte has 6 parking spots that can be used for camping. All of the spots have a view to Santa Marta (partially blocked by trees).
Use of the kitchen, bathroom and shower (cold) included. With 10.000 COP / car / day also cheapest option in Minca.
The view from the Hostel terrace down to Santa Marta is amazing and Juan the owner is super nice. The place is also dog friendly.
The parking spots are right after the entrance to the Hotel/Hostal Mirador.
Dorms, private rooms and tent camping also available.
Our van is 6m long, 3m high (4m wheelbase) and and it only fit into the largest spot with a lot of help and moving a fence, so would not recommend something larger.
