Great beach and sites right there. No shade but for palm trees. Nice ocean breeze. Great as there are some hotel rooms & was caravaning with friend needing room while I had camper. Friendly helpful staff and decent food. Mosquitoes bad just before & after sunset. Only ones there off season. Gorgeous sunsets. stayed 2 nights. Open all year.

Cute little and quite RV Park and Restaurant! We paid about $20USD for a nights stay. We stayed one night and were the only ones at the park. We had a large beach area basically to ourselves. The only down side was that there was trash on the beach 😢 but all in all a great spot to be alone!

Great little RV park, restaurant & rental cabins right on beautiful beach. Full hookup s, Wi-Fi. Electric is wired properly, although some outlets not working. Mostly 30 amp plugs. Ladies running it are super friendly & helpful. Mom / speak good English. 20 $ a night. Road in from 15 D highway is not bad, some potholes & quite a few Topes, but doable w/ larger RV’s. Would stay here again for sure. Awesome sunsets!

Decent spot if you need hookups. Our inverter was not connected yet so we stayed here to plug in and use our ac. As stated by most recent posts. Plenty of areas near here for wild camping if you don't want hookups or showers.

Nice beach with a decent restaurant. Bathrooms are at the hotel, which has limited hours. Popular with the locals.

Beautiful rv park on the beach. 30 amp power, water and sewer. Restaurant gift shop at office. Miles of beach with very few people. Worth the drive off the highway. $20 usd for beachfront $18 back a row.

stayed here one night. 400 pesos. no hot water in the shower and the dump tubes at the sites don't have lids so you get wafts of sewage. and there are a ton of flies! way worse then the mosquitos. the sites are clean and no garbage on the beach. brightly lit, a little to bright for us to sleep without putting our shades up. police station across the street so I don't think it gets much safer. still only 2 out of 5 for us.

Great location on the beach if you are self sufficient. RV. There is NO shade and only ONE bathroom with shower which was very dirty upon arrival. The internet is great if you are near the restaurant but 100 feet away forget it. The beach is great, calm, no surfing. Lots of cool breeze. At $ 400 pesos per night just for camping, this place is very expensive

We had reserved a spot ahead of time and were glad we did as we were stopped before entering town to ensure that we weren't just there to gather/party/drink on the beach. This tiny town was very quiet due to covid and the hotel/RV park was open, but limited in their capacity; I think we were the only ones there. We were going to stay in the camper but ended up getting a hotel room.

Nice quiet campground where you can back right up to the sea wall and sleep with the waves lapping. Nice clean and very walkable long beach. Super quiet when we were there Restaurant pretty good they gave us free cocktails. Recommended only 5 other RVs. Toilet and shower need a bit of TLC but acceptable. We were the only ones who used it. Full hookups

It’s still here, as advertised.
It’s rained hard recently and the road is a little rough. Two days after Christmas and not very many people on the beach two day. Only a couple other guests the campgrounds. Just finished lunch at the restaurant, the shrimp cocktail was very good. Its a little cool today not exactly beach weather, but great sleeping weather.

Beautiful place! See our picture. Little bit remote and amenities could be better!! Restaurant ok. Bring your own bread and water for a longer stay.

Nice spot right on the beach. Pity about the locals using the beach as a race track. Saw one nasty rollover. 360 peso per night. Full service but sewer backup is bad. washrooms in restaurant very nice but closed at night. CG washrooms are nasty. Watch for stingrays in shallow water.
food in restaurant is good.

RV Park calme en bord de mer. 380 pesos la nuit avec vidage, eau et électricité 30A. Le restaurant sert uniquement de la nourriture de la mer. Très bon mais un peu cher pour le Mexique.

We wondered off the route to Zihautenejo by using iOverlander.com and it was a great find. Eighth other RVers and we backed into a slot with 30 amp service, sewer and water (not potable). It's run by a family owner and the male part can and offered to find the NFL play games for on their satellite TV. Reasonable prices $20 USD/night. Not on site propane. Really nice.

A little off the beaten path, nothing else around (to do). Pretty quiet. 30amp power is good, internet is good if you are in a site near enough to the main bldg. Local water supply quality is poor. The estuary is very close and beautiful if you have any floating options. In front of the site here we have seen dolphins and a whale.

this place was great! amazing ocean views and friendly people. the restaurant was good too. wifi was decent but if you don't have an extender you'll need to sit at the restaurant to get decent speeds. stayed there a night longer than I planned to because it was so great. would stay here again in a heartbeat. paid $200MX per night for full hookups.

We stayed here for a night on the way from San Carlos to Mazatlan. Great spot to stay for the night. Beautiful beach with some nice dunes.
Nothing else around except for the El Mirador resto. Don't eat at the resto if you don't have to. Bathrooms were kinda dirty and I never found the showers they said they had.

The RV Park was empty. It was quite hot. Since our RV has no air-condition, we rented a room. And we had dinner in the restaurant. It was very delicious. The room was about MEX 750.-

location is ok because right on the beach. we paid 320 p with hookup. there is one bathroom and shower that has water accessible from the terrace of the restaurant (blue door). ok to stop bye. and yes lot of mosquitos at apéro time.

A beach. Slow wifi. Plug ins and water. $450 pesos or $20 us. Bad mosquitos and flies after sunset. Lots of cars driving on the beach. I guess an ok spot to stop for a night but we liked san carlos much better.

Pagamos 180 para aparcar nurstra van... Los banios muy sucios... Era sabado y cerraron el bar/ restaurante a las 7pm. El domingo nos fuimos a las 8:30am y aun no habian abierto... La internet no funcionaba... Solo recomendable para pasar una noche de camino...

Great rate of $150 pesos for one person tent camping on the beach but only 220 outlets although I used restaurant outlets to charge my phone and laptop. Horribly windy during the day. Bathroom was not very clean and had bad odor. Restaurant serves good food and very friendly staff.

Beautiful spot, totally empty except for the owners. Internet is really quick, even from our site. 300 pesos. It would be nice if it was cheaper but oh well. Started out at free camping a few kilometers down the beach but it was mildly sketchy with zero other campers, a pretty dirty beach and only one way out. Left it and went to El Mirador, glad we did.

Amazing site. Only ones there, so we could camp anywhere. We dined at the cafe (100 pesos for food and big portions), watched the sun go down from their patio, with the dogs. Windy and a little chilly. The drive there is half the fun.

Great spot on the beach, far enough from the highway that it wasn't completely full with the snowbird pop. $10/night without hooking up. Wifi worked fairly well. Restaurant was fair priced and pretty good. Huatabampo has a nice grocery store for supplies. The beach was beautiful, do the stingy ray shuffle.

Pretty darn hot and isolated. There is not too much around (we were the only ones here), but the staff are lovely people. The place appears to have survived Hurricane Olide well (as it did not hit here directly, but the winds were high all along the coast). We may end up eating breakfast at the Restaurant tomorrow morning before heading out (as we were only here for one night). I had message the El Mirador facebook page late the evening before checking in, and by early the next morning, they had responded to my question as to whether they were open or not - pretty slick of them!

The Ocean view from the RV park, which is right on the coastline is beautiful. There is not a lot of trees to offer shade, but there is a fantastic breeze that comes off of the water, and if parked in the right direction, will cool your van, RV or whatever. The Beach extends for kilometers down the coastline but there is not a lot of surf - Aside from the wind waves, it is pretty calm. There are tonnes of shells on the beach, and it is fun to walk the shoreline marveling at the different types and colors. The Area itself seems to be a vacation property coast with a lot of the houses on the beach either in dis-repair or upgrade. The RV park itself has fast Internet, (apparently) potable water, electricity and washrooms with showers. The Restaurant is in good condition (although we have our own food) we may hit up the little gift shop as quite a few of their items appear to be made by area artisans. Nice enough - but be prepared for the heat!

You can not camp closer to the beach! Breathtaking panoramic views of the sandy beach. Toilets and showers were ok. Unfortunately, the very strong wind blew us sand into the car.
