Great place to park for a couple of hours to visit Charleston! We had brought our bikes, and that was a great way to get it onto the city and to take in the town. Reasonably priced and lots of space to get in and out and RV parking on the first floor.

now 18 per night.
loud and drucken people at the bus stop until 11 pm followed by idiots in muscle cars until 2 am. very loud and noisy.

This worked great for parking in the city, easy in/out. There is a free city bus you can use, or it's about a 20 minute walk to downtown where all the action is. A tour guide mentioned they always see regular cars in the RV/Bus spots, and sure enough, when we left there were two cars parked in them, so you might want to arrive early or have a back up plan for these spots.

Report Check-In

Loud on Thursday and crazy on Friday night. There seemed to be groups of 20ish yo kids hanging around near the RV spots until 2 or 3 am along with cars revving thru the night. Its a great location, but unless you can sleep thru a tornado, its probably best avoided esp on weekends.

Stayed here overnight in our 26ft class c with no problems. Kept the slides in, lights off, stayed as stealth as possible. The side of the garage by the law school was a big loud hangout for locals until late at night, but they eventually went home. $18 max per day or $2/hour. Make sure to go to the correct entrance for higher clearance. Good place to park, walking distance to historical sights and restaurants in the city.

Report Check-In

Once we found the correct entrance this was great parking to spend the day in the city.

Report Check-In

Arrived around 7pm. Scoped out area. A few business and food trucks parked here. The side of the parking lot was being used as a gathering spot for locals. Also had one homeless man straight up sleeping on the cement in front of the parking spaces.

Great option if empty, and uninhabited, but we didn't chance it.

"Must leave by 3am". $18 max, $1 per half hour.

There are two different entrances. The one on Mary St. is the one with high clearance. The GPS location will take you to the lower clearance entrance via Meeting St. Just wanted to clear this up.

Report Check-In

The clearance mentioned above is no longer valid. It is now just below 6' 8" or 2 meters.
