Description
Easy to find Picknick area next to the road to the monastery. Can be busy during weekends. At night very quite. There are some more spots along the road. For big rigs better choose one of the others, since you enter this one through a ditch.

We had to pay 15.000 rmp to sleep here, 10.000 if we would not spend the night. After some bargaining we could get it down to 10 EUR, which we still found quite expansive for what you get. "Our" place did not have a fence.
Report Check-InNice picnicspot along the way. Officially you should pay to use these spots. In the weekend it was quite busy with Armenians having a bbq. At night (08:00PM) they came to check and close the gate, unfortunately our spot had one so we were send away. So check whether your picnic spot has a gate, as many we’ve seen didn’t.
