River swimming hole, rope swing, and wooded tent area.
Park in gravel and mud pullout on the north river side of the road. Short walk down a dirt path to a wooded area where the underbrush has been cleared away and there's a fire pit and a makeshift table. River is just beyond and there's a rope swing into a nice deep part. 2 lte bars Verizon.

Don’t bother all burned up. Road blocked by debris. Not so pretty anymore
Report Check-InThe road is now open, but most of the pull offs have no camping signs. We stayed on an abandoned forest road (with no signs saying no camping) just up the road and across the street from this pin next to a creek for two nights and had no issues. The whole area has been burned, so the rope swing is gone but there is a trail to get down to the river but it’s steep and slippery so be careful! Highly recommend it because it’s an amazing spot to swim! Good Verizon reception.
Report Check-Inall the roads in this area are blocked off because of the fires. had to pay for a site for the first time in months. annoying
Report Check-InCurrently closed due to wildfires.
The road is closed to public use
Wow. Lovely, idyllic little spot. Traffic pollution for sure but... who cares when your spot looks like this.
Report Check-InAmazing spot for parking the van and swimming gather next day. Just a little ways off the paved road. No need for 4 wheel drive unlike what another review said. It was super easy to access in our sprinter van. Maybe if it was raining then the dirt road could get slippery and stuff. Big circle at the end to turn around. Gray little tent sight down the hill and then a rope swing at the water. People have pooped a little too close to the campsite but yeah. Not ideal.
Report Check-InPerfect spot by the river to sit and enjoy. This isn’t a 2 wheel drive or van spot unless you are wanting some risk. Beautiful spot to make a fire, read a book and relax. Very narrow roads in, probably Jeep and Tacoma’s only.
Report Check-InGreat swim hole. Bit of trash about though. Hike up stream for falls and more great swimming. Did not camp here. Signs posted to not camp in that stretch but there is a good well used fire pit.
Report Check-Innice spot right below a fairly busy road. no camping along road for 5 miles signs about 2 miles prior. LOTS of toilet paper and human waste on trail to river. great rope swing.
we didn't stay the night but suspect one could probably get away with it despite the nearby signs.
