Canada
Was here in July 2016. This appears to be a city run park/rv park in sleepy, quiet, Morris, MB, Canada.
Really nice campground and taken care of. But, when i was there, it was deserted. Electricity was on, grass mowed, no trash, everything well kept and painted. Just no people or rv's. There was a payment box without envelopes, nice electrical rv hookups (where I charged my phone), small covered dining area and, the port-a-john was tipped over :( I had to poop in the trees next to the campground :( next to the river. I guess you have to go into town and ask around who to talk to about rules and regulations and whatnot, and find out who will tip up the port-a-john for you. I didn't do that, I'm a guy but, I'd stay again. Congratulations to the groundskeeper, whoever it was. Good job. You need to get that port-a-john upright guys, pleeeeeeease.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
A few years later, but the outhouse isn't tipped over anymore. Very nice view of the red river for lunch down below too.
Report Check-InNicely cared for as others have stated. Water was still on as of the end of August, still one porta potty (upright, but disgusting).
Probably wouldn't stay here if you depend on the outhouse. Hope it gets better maintenance.
The potties are up working. Just one other tent here. My rig is converted 1991 Dodge Caravan with a pop top. A small amount of road noise but a really nice spot near the river.
Report Check-InAs described right down to the tipped over portapotties. No water (winter shut off) but electricity on. Thanks for the information on this nice place.
