Still blocked, you could pass the first wall with bike or motorbike. Then there is a second wall with military rope... you can try to pass with bicycle or just walk for reach the stream and camp in front of the wall for some wind protection.
Report Check-InStill accessible from the Uyuni side, still blocked from Potosí side. Very nice spot, we loved it here!
Report Check-Inin theory you can get to this from either side of of the bridge. maps.me shows the route. the Potosí side is blocked off but you can access it from the uyuni side.
