Quiet place between Cachi and Cafayette. A good starting point to the vinery Colome, because in Colome its not allowed to camp.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Really good campground. No animals bothering us, but a loud concert of dance music nearby that took from 9 PM till 5 AM (!) was not good for a quiet night rest. This is not what you expect in a small village that is only connected by dirt roads.
Report Check-InDespite Leo being lovely, sadly I don’t recommend this campsite for bike tourers.
There are five cats and they love scratching tents. Fortunately we saw this happening so were able to take the tent down and move to one of the (simple, cheap) rooms at the side of the campsite. Beds and sheets weren’t bad for only ~$4.50, bathroom could have been cleaner.
Also, lots of ants here. They got into our food even in the room. Should be fine with some precaution taken.
Report Check-InReally nice campground and care takers. Only drawback is that it can be noisy between dogs at night and the school next door, but still a worthwhile spot. Ask the guy if any events are happening, he warned us that 100 school kids were coming at noon the next day, much appreciated. They also have dorms $3 and private rooms $5. Camping was $1 for 2, which is crazy cheap considering the facilities.
Report Check-Inas described before, camp ground with grass and trees. hot water. Regular wifi opened. 150 pesos pp plus 200 pesos per tent.
Report Check-InWe stayed one night 2p and motorhome and paid ARS 2,000. They (cleaning lady) asked ARS 800 and I wondered whether this was correct. Also we just spend a furtune at Colomé Bodega. Very good hot showers. Toilets clean. Sites with electricity, BBQ and table. Perfect place after Colomé Bodega. Also for Cabanas.
Report Check-InGreat place to stay near the Colome winery and art museum. Very well set up and clean, friendly owner.
Report Check-InIt is a described before: nice campground, only 600 ARS for 2 and a truck, we stayed one night, old but clean toilets and shower with really hot Walter 👍
Report Check-InCarros de todos os tamanhos conseguem entrar lá. Tem uma torneira para abastecer os carros. Em todos o lugares há tomadas para conectar energia. Tem banheiro limpo com chuveiro (não sei se tem água quente). Custa 600 pesos.
Cars of all sizes can get in there. It has a tap to fill the cars. There are sockets everywhere to connect power. It has a clean bathroom with a shower (I don't know if it has hot water). It costs 600 pesos.
Report Check-InGood place to have a shower and/or a bbq. Cheap, 600 pesos for big rig and 2 people. Lots of barking dogs in the night, so bring those earplugs.
