Description

Nice campsite in private nature reserve. N$ 120 pppn camping. Ablutions okay. Pitches are all different in size and facilities but most have a braai, bin, tap and picknick table. No power outlets and no wifi available at all. Lots of shade.
In this reserve are located the beautiful Phillips Cave and Bulls Party rockformations and you can walk around at leisure.
Do note that black rhinos, leopards en hyenas roam the area though I haven't seen any wildlife at all. The campsite is fenced. Restaurant and pool are available but I didn't try them. Very quiet and dark at night.

It’s a very nice campsite with pool . The Cave and the Rocks are ❤️ we stay one night here

Report Check-In

We spent one night at the regular camping. Was ok, 185 N$ ppn includs park fee for hiking. We did the roundtrip to Elephants Head and visited the Philipps Cave. Both absolutely worth it.
We also spent a night in the bush camp (250 N$ ppn). That was not so well maintained and had some moscitos, wouldn't go there again.
3 Elephants Camp from Omandumba on the other side of the Mountain is far better.

Simple campsite but they also have a bush camp between the rocks! The rock formations at Bull's Party are fantastic. You can either hike or drive there.

Nice campsite in the NP. Abblutions a bit run down (1 shower per gender), but acceptable for the price (185 p.p) including the park fees. Has a (small) pool. Large sites with braai facilities, but no electricity.

We had a good stay here. Price was 150 per person. We had a refreshing dip into the clean pool and enjoyed our stay. Owner/host were friendly and welcoming.

Little bit run down campsite. Not too much maintainance done here the last time... Friendly staff - can't confirm. Campsite as well as trekking paths are operated without passion. See at Omabdumba lodge, north Erongo, how it could be.

Report Check-In

Nice and quiet campsites, still 150N$ pnpp.Solar electricity in a central shed. The gate to the campsite is very narrow. You can drive about 2 km to the parking spot of Phillips cave, than you walk about 1km to the cave.

Awesome place. Nice staff and owners. Swimming pool. Very good restaurant. I called the night before and asked for lunch, so we got game meat and pasta salad. Giraffes and springboks easily spotted.

Highly recommandable place! Nice and big campsites with shade. Hot shower, braai but no electricity at each camp spot. 150$N pppn but it also includes the entrance fees for Phillip's cave and the other path walk. If you are a day visitor, it will cost you 80$N pp to access the site.

Here we found nice shady camping sites with very clean ablution and dishwashing facility. Bungalows will be ready from July onwards. Restaurant will also be open by July. Hiking and climbing trails with rock paintings to see. They have two swimming pools. We can really recommend this place!
