We were here for one night . This is a very beautiful place. In front you see a water lilly pont. Also the abolution is fine . We can confirm what is written above.
We paid 200 Rand for one night
As described above, spacious loos and showers, and well kept.
Traffic noise is there but it’s not that disturbing.
Had the campsite to ourselves.
Lovely owners & beautiful setting with a small lake (dam). 12 camping spots (340 per spot, max 6 people) plus 3 tents (380, max 2 people) on deck over the water.
Great ablutions.
If you come with your own car from Europe, you can camp for free on first night.
Restaurant is planned later in 2021.
Some noise from the nearby road.
Report Check-InOpted to stay in the self catering Limestone Cottage. Modern facilities, fireplace, braai, TV, bath and more. ZAR300 pppn, under 12 years free. Free fire/braai wood, cozy, clean and a great space to rest and recoup for a few days. Hosts always available and hospitable. Lovely spaces for long walks or runs, paddle on the dam and jungle gym for children. Highly recommend, especially for families! Phone or email ahead to secure reservation.
Report Check-Invery nice host. nice place. clean and good facilitys. was a pleassure to stay there
Report Check-InIndeed very friendly owners, good stop for a night. In the winter time you can open your mattress inside the bathroom as they have floor heating, when raining you can put your tent in the braai/bar area as we did. They give us free fire wood for the braai, more then enough. There is noise from the road as you are sleeping next to it. Price I don't know as they didn't allow us to pay :)
Report Check-InDefinitely recommended in general, and also before heading to Kruger park!
Big, clean ablutions(women have 1 bathtub!).
Nice big green fields to camp on, in a.great environment, we were the only ones camping.
And very very very friendly owners!
They used to be game rangers so they know alot and can give alot of information about Kruger Park.
