Description
This lovely lodge has both accommodation and a very pleasant campsite with very private, grassy pitches. Lots of shade from the big trees. Although campsites don't overlook the river, ( tented accommodation does) the sites benefit from the breeze. ABlutions are nice, with the option of an outside shower. The reception area has a lovely terrace which overlooks the river. There is also a small pool and lots of well watered grass, making it a very pleasant place to sit, watch the bird life or the passing fishermen.
We paid 150 NAD ppn but the rack rate was 200NAD.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Very nice lodge with tented chalets and beautiful private campsites with lots of trees and shade. Shared toilets and showers but very clean. Braai, light and electricity at the sites. The lounge is beautiful. Wifi weak when I was there. Paid 250 ppn (For foreigners) for camping. 295 for a delicious 3 course meal. Very friendly staff. Klaus does an intersection river walk to speak about the village lives of the area and the river. Will definitely come back
Report Check-InWe came in search of a bird Ross’s Turaco. Beautiful lodge with campsite. Peaceful. Beautiful acacias. While we were here very quiet. Sunset Cruises on request.
Report Check-InEither this place doesn't exist anymore or the coordinates are wrong. We tried to go there and it was nowhere to be seen. Stunning road but only a very expensive place 18km away from this location.
