around that area, a small foot path goes south leading 50m from the road to a large open area. Ground is hard, cannot access with car, we were on bicycles. lots of wood, no water, beautiful place to watch the stars.
We had the visit of a few zebras at dusk, otherwise very quiet.
This camp is not fenced, so the basic rules for bush camping applies; make a fire, no light in the tent, look around for shining eyes at night before getting out of the tent

Report Check-InGreat place to camp for a night. we were on bicycles. No animals during the night. Lots of fire wood. very peaceful.
Report Check-InGreat spot for a bush camp - huge open area just off the road, we were on bicycles but there is now a large entrance so you could easily drive in with a vehicle. It's a bush camp so obviously no water around but it's a lovely spot. There were signs of elephants around and we heard jackals, but weren't disturbed.
