Report Check-InBeautiful camp sites. If it’s open, grab the highest one at the top of the loop as it has the best views of the canyon. I arrived late at night in the wind and rain and was relieved to discover that this campground did in fact exist. If you’re coming from Wyoming, the entire drive here is dirt road once you hit Colorado. Very remote and desolate. Make sure you fill your tank!
Only one other camper was here during my stay, despite it being a weekend.
