Really nice spot close to Kel Soo Lake. You can either pitch your tent or sleep in one of the yurts. River is close for fresh water, food available in the yurts. Possible to rent horses to go to the lake. You need a permit to get there. No signal.

Stayed at the CBT yurt here one night and paid 1500pp incl breakfast, dinner would have been an additional 600 pp. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is buffet-style and surprisingly varied (and tasty), especially considering how remote it is. It definitely doesn’t have that small-family-run-charme (in fact, up to 80 people can stay at just this yurt camp), but it’s well-run and welcoming. The yurts are comfortable and well-heated at night. Our yurt had “western” beds (even a double bed), again very comfortable.
There’s many long-drop toilets but also a western-style toilet house. There’s free tea and instant coffee throughout the day. They also welcomed our dog without hesitation.
In general, there’s many yurt camps (almost exclusively for tourists) in this valley and some camps are even building wooden huts or have those yellow “base-camp” style tents. Views are great all around, beautiful scenery!
Report Check-InAt least 4 different Yurt camps this summer. I stayed at the one affiliated with CBD. Nice Yurt with heating during the night. Good dinner and excellent breakfast (with lots of Pancakes). Payed 1500 Som in total.
Report Check-InThere are at least two camps, we stayed in the one affiliated with cbt. There’s a sign on the road with CBT. Very friendly family, we got spoiled with tea and food. One daughter speaks good english, mother speaks enough to communicate. We stayed in our tent for 200 som. Took a horse to the lake for 800 som pp and a guide for 1600 som. Paid 1000 for a permit at CBT Naryn, took 3 hours.
Report Check-InWe stayed in a yurt (800 KGS per night per person including good breakfast) . Very friendly family. Great dinner (350 KGS per person). Went to the lake on horseback (800 per horse plus 1500 for a guide). Got the permit at the CBT in Naryn for 1300 KGS. Great experience, would definitely recommend to go here.
Report Check-InThe lake area is within the permit zone. Permit can be arranged in Naryn CBT office. It usually takes three days and cost 1100 som pp. If needed urgently, 1400 som and done within 2-3 hours.
