Something not right?

Description

We stayed at the campsite for 2 days. Upon arrival we ask for the price. 30000 Pesos. I asked the young gentleman if it was as much for the people as it was for the camper. He answered yes. When paying, someone else suddenly wanted 100,000 pesos. We ask why. There are still 20000 pesos per day for the camper. We defended ourselves and said there was false information on his part. She remained in her position, but in the end we paid 80,000 pesos.

Estuvimos 2 noches.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
First we wanted to go to El Nomada, but nobody was there. Unfortunately we went to Villa Ines. Big mistake...
After staying for three days, we asked them if we can leave our bikes there for a visit of Bogota (two nights). They said it's absolutely no problem. It's a huge property.
We did something like this thousands of times in South America and never paid for it, we thought it would be free of charge as they would have told us a price if it weren't.
When we came back, they told us we have to pay 160.000 COP for this "service". When we refused to pay this ridiculous price, they told us, they have "evidence" against us and won't open the gates unless we pay.
We would have called the police, but didn't wanted to spend no longer time at this place so we paid them off, saying that we will warn other travellers. They were arrogant enough to laugh about it.
So, just letting you know: These are sneaky people who want to rip of extranjeros.

Now 50k per night for 2 persons 1 van probably not worth it but it was late at night so we paid and stayed....

Report Check-In

We paid 15,000 per person per night. The showers were only tepid and the WiFi was weak to nonexistent. The place and people as previously described. Be sure to hike the Camino de las Rocas, pleasant and scenic and you can do it as a loop.

we spent 2 nights here, 40000 total per night for 2 adults and 2 kids camping. lovely around the firepit on a clear night and warm and dry in the common area when it was raining. the kitchen is shared with the family but they are really open about it and we never felt in the way. really friendly family. they helped us sort out some welding (walking distance from their place). huge grassy area for any size rig. toilets and showers (warmish not hot). recommended if you are in suesca.

Nice place as already describe, friendly owner, good before Bogota. 15k per person.

Simple campground with very friendly and helpful owners. The camp ground is behind the guest house in a big open area. Good to spend a night

We paid 15,000 per person. Camping is in a large grassy field with a separate bathhouse, access is from a second driveway and not from the cabana entrance. The owner called someone to fix the hot shower in the camping area but it still didn’t work, he let us use the hot shower located in the main parking area. They offer breakfast for 8,000 per person, the giant tamales were fantastic the day they made them... be sure to ask the day before. We were there during a weekend and it was very quiet but it was low season. Water is potable but chlorinated.

Super fantastic hostal, cabinas, and campground. 15k to camp. Tons of space for any sized rig. A million hilarious animals running around. Fire pits. Nice indoor space to chill. Hot showers. Super fast wifi. Awesome friendly family. Not really a public kitchen, but they let me boil up some rice in their own kitchen.

I tried to get into El Nomada for an hour and finally gave up, then found this place. Best farm campground I've found yet. Ducks are freaking out in the background right now.
