Report Check-In

As described - great spot. 100m from Hwy, railway 200m. Slept well in our RAM Promaster, could be difficult in a roof-top-tent.

Report Check-In

Didn’t really notice road noise other than large trucks. picnic benches and pit toilets and a nice little beach. Two rv’s already here when I arrived, no “no camping” signs

Report Check-In

très bel endroit parfait pour une nuit directement sur le bord du lac Supérieur. toilette et table de picnic.

Report Check-In

Great spot. Had 7 or 8 people stoped here last night. Wouldn’t recommend for anything bigger than a sprinter but people has trucks and tents set up. Beautiful view of the lake and little trail off to the right. Cellphone service, put toilets and picnic tables all there.

Report Check-In

chandan. Vue sur le Lac Supérieur, petite plage en pierre de rivière, tables de pique-nique, toilettes, wow

Report Check-In

Gates are close for the moment, there is 2 other spot at 2 second from there

Report Check-In

Beach front. Round point, enough room for a few cars/campers. 40ft RV and no problem parking. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. True ocean feel. Drowns the sound of the highway, too. Felt truly safe and slept like a baby! Toilets on site!

Report Check-In

Beautiful spot. No signs saying you can’t stay. Water view. Nice pebble beach. Picnic tables, toilets. Very happy!

Report Check-In

Bautiful spot, right at the water and had a nice swim.
Has everything you need. A bit noisy due to the Highway but didn't bother me.

Report Check-In

We are back. Walked around the area, no signs saying no overnight camping. Lake is nice and calm, sunny and only two other vehicles stopping to see the view.

Report Check-In

Really nice spot on the beach with tables and toilets. Should get there early as the parking was crowded at 5pm and there is not a lot of space

Report Check-In

Très bel endroit. Nous sommes 4 a couché ici. La vue est magnifique devant le lac Supérieur. Aucune indication qui interdit de coucher. Il a des tables de picknick. C’est sur le bord de la route, mais le bruit n’est pas si pire.

Report Check-In

Great place with fantastic view on Lake Superior. Clean pit toilets and several picnic tables. Nice stroll along beach/woods to red chairs courtesy of Parks Canada. Quiet even though right off highway # 17 north. There were 3 other visitors also here tonight.

Report Check-In

perfect spot, small amount of traffic noise but not a problem. lots of gnats. 🦟

Report Check-In

Perfect spot for the night. Great hike that you can do as well. The view is beautiful. I recommend highly.

Report Check-In

nice spot along a lake few cars when we arrived

Report Check-In

Great little spot! Shared with 3 other campers for the night and hiked the little trail to the red Muskoka chairs. Bathrooms were fine. Might be hard for a bigger rig to get into the space because of the little slope to get in and because the parking area is just a little round about. But likely doable! Easy to get out again if you decide not to stay, but bigger rigs might block the way for others.

Report Check-In

great spot. clean washrooms. picnic tables. grassy area. hiking trail attached to the rest stop that looks like it would be worth it!

Report Check-In

Beautiful little rest stop, nice beach and smooth rock shoreline. We were debating on staying, then the camper in the back in spot left, so we backed in and spent the night. Was supposed to go paddle boarding in the morning, but weather got a little stormy. There was about 5 overnighters in all.

Report Check-In

Super beautiful and clean place, awesome beach. My dog had a great swim.

Report Check-In

Great little rest stop with one overnight spot. You could probably fit more campers along the round about - plenty of room for a smaller RV like ours. Well maintained toilets and very dark. Close to the highway but surprisingly quiet - I was woken up by the sound of the lake.

Report Check-In

Wonderful spot, indeed. We stayed overnight and had a very good, quiet night. Some locls came to fish later in the evening and early morning. Even the Hwy 17 was quiet at night.
