Stayed at this place for a few nights, paid 180 bobs per night for the 3 of us, pretty nice spot right next to the witch markets, there's secure parking on the parallel street, only thing is the owner who is a old guy is not that friendly and treats you like you are in 2nd grade, He's a bit of a weirdo as well tried to over charge us for a night.

This is a very great find. Very spacious rooms, baño privado, Smart TV which actually works, great location... Paid 120 per night for a double room, looking out on the little playground at the foot of Sagarnaga street.
