We just spent a quite night at this location! There was a sign for “no camping”, which I think it was meant for tents. The “closed” sign was on the floor and 3 trailers were parked when we arrived (we slept in the car). You can still hear the road noise, but it’s also by the river so you get both.

In winter it’s not cleared so this is what it looks like. Lovely location but too snowy for me to attempt even though I have snow tires and a high clearance vehicle.

ok pour une nuit la route est vraiment bruyante en fait il y a deux route dont l'autoroute avec les gros camions...
pas top bouchons recommandés...
des gens sur place m'ont dit que quelqu'un viendrait collecter 12$ pour l'emplacement mais ne sont jamais venu...
riviere, fire pit et table ;)

Nice spot close to the water. we had not problem getting a spot. A bit noisy from Hwy 3 but otherwise great spot.

Very nice and quiet free campground, right next to the river, the main road is on the opposite side of the river and there wasn’t much traffic.

It's noisy because of the 3 on the other side of the river, but also from the local road. The site is crampt between that road and the river. But quiet at night.

About 5 camping spots with fire pits. A little loud during the day because of the 3 but has access to the river
